Fat Bike rentals are available year-round at the Friends of RMNP Learning Centre (154 Columbine Street). Adult / Youth / Children bikes available – $10 per bike for up to an hour / $25 per bike for up to 4 hrs. All rentals are “first come / first serve”. During the Spring months, the Friends Learning Centre is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm.

“Park”ticipACTION mornings (for ages 5 to 12) are all about “unplugging” and having fun in the great outdoors.
Junior Naturalists Afternoons (for ages 5 to 12) focus on hands on learning about nature and the world around us.
Young Explorers (ages 7 to 14) features a Tuesday evening Geocaching program (Geocache Me if You Can) and a Thursday evening art program (Inspired by Nature).
Li’l Critter Camp programs feature arts, crafts and games for children ages 5 and up.

During the winter months, the Friends of RMNP Learning Centre and Nature Shop location is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm. In addition to Clear Lake Country merchandise, Riding Mountain National Park souvenirs, reference books, educational toys and local made products, the Learning Centre is also the place to rent Fat Bike / Snowshoes / Tobogganing Tubes / Snow Sleds and Kicksparks!
