Riding Mountain National Park has a trail to suit the interests and abilities of everyone. The 39 trails described in this “Trail Guide” provide access to the Park’s three major environments: the Manitoba Escarpment and Hardwood Forest along its base; the Northern or Boreal Forest with thick stands of evergreens and moss filled bogs; and the open prairies and aspen forests of the Western Highland.
